If I get a table for the Artist Alley next year I was thinking of making some little tote and mini bags inspired by Japan's Harajuku style. They'd just be cute little bags that would actually be useful for carrying stuff and cost less then $20 each. Do you think they would sell?

I'd buy one if it were the right material.

I like bags with lots of personality, and it would be nice to have something extra to carry around my dealer room purchases.

Would they be made of something sturdy, like canvas?

Actually I'll be making them out of cotton (and a few out of flannel) with either cotton or good broadcloth lining. They'll be steady but flexable ^__^
