I have some suggestions on how to make the written schedule easier to read:
1. On the schedule after the name have a letter that indicates what kind of panel it is
F - Fun
I - Industry
E – Educational
G – Gaming
P - Professional
2. For workshops for cosplay and art have them organized into a series. Which are then on the schedule in order so that people can attend them all.
ACEN animation series #1: Story boarding
ACEN animation series #2 : Writing comedy or writing romance.
etc, etc
Anime Central has one of the largest panel programs that I have seen, it is close to that of Comic Cons, and I found the written schedule a bit hard to figure out what was what. Some of the names and descriptions were a bit of a confusing in terms of what to expect.

Same here. I really like the idea, and I sincerely hope ACen can make somethin' at least close to this for '09 and onward. *crosses fingers*
