If she wants to get a fancy badge as a keep sake then she can receive it at con. if she wants a refund for the 1.50 she can receive it at con. AA cannot be mailed.

I just registered and went to pay and it said my total was $51.50

- $1.50, I get. I selected to have it mailed to me, not a big deal
BUT
- Shouldn't the badge be $45 since it's currently BEFORE January 15, 2009 (Tier 2).

Is there some tax or something that I'm missing?

According to this thread about the extention of the the tier 2 from here: http://www.acen.org/forums/index.php?showt...mp;#entry638435
the system has not yet been updated to reflect the change.


If it hasn't changed to the updated extention after a day or two you can e-mail reg at ACenReg09@ACen.org

Hi, I'm trying to pay for my group... everything goes smoothly until I click the "Submit Payment" button, at which time I receive a page-not-found error (in IE) or a blank screen (in Firefox). My status still says that my group is unpaid, which I'm hoping means that I haven't been or won't be charged for the three times I already tried submitting my credit card information. Does anybody know why this might be happening or what I can/should do to make sure that my group gets the tier two ($45) price for badges?

This same thing just happened to me when trying to pay for my group by credit card. I get the blank screen in Firefox.

I NEED HELPL! Yes I had the same problem, so I clicked on Pay by mail last night, the only thing is today January 15th is the cutoff. Can I still mail the check for the group today if it is postmarked the 15th and pay the $45.00, if not how do I change the mail in payment form to reflect the new $55.00 price?

OK, here's kind of an odd one. I've changed addresses since I registered, and I want to make sure I still get my badge! I also will be moving again in April... I know the last wave of badges is supposedly going out then?

I changed my address on my registration information, but I want to make sure it gets updated in whatever system you're using for mailing them.

Also, my last name will most likely be changing between now and May. I don't think it will be a problem, since I'm having my badge mailed, but I'm also not sure when the legal name change will go through. Should I keep both my old and new ID just in case?

Please email registration as this is a unique situation. The conventions policy is if the badge holder doesn't match the name on the badge they are removed from the convention. But yours is a special case of course. Please email your account information so we can add a note to your account for staff to see. Also add in your new/current address or a relatives who can receive the badge for you. thanks :)

I won a free three day badge at the Youmacon 08 Road show. I filled out all the nessecary info and the lady told me it would be processed. I'm still afraid there might be a mix up since I didn't recieve a confirmation number or anything, just a fancy badge holder thing. I was wondering if I could possibly view the status of my badge online or if it will just be sent to me. And if it is lost in the mail I would like to know if I could get a confirmation number.

My sis and I are still marked down as "registered - unpaid" - I'd noticed that other people had asked about this a while ago and that it was going to be taken care of, but ours hasn't changed. Now, we did get accepted into the AA, so I'm assuming we're good to go, but I wanted to double check since our status is still listed same as before. I tried emailing reg, but I never heard back from them, and it's been a few weeks.

In the AA system you are good, and Tina is not (badge wise). Which to me sounds odd right now. Jessica, you should be receiving an email from me shortly, off forums, so we can figure out what happened.

Registration has nothing to do with artist alley. You should post your question on the AA forum or message their staff. Sorry we couldn't help.

For groups, the status that counts is the group's status. If you've sent your check in but it hasn't cleared yet, your group is probably in "Pending Payment" status (which is not the same as "Paid and Pending Action" for attendees). If you're in the "In Progress" or "Processed" statuses, your payment's been entered in the system. If that's true and the check hasn't cleared, maybe we just haven't taken it to the bank yet? ^^;; That's more of a question for @bloo09.

Checks don't even see reg most of the time that's actually a question for finance dept. I'll shoot them an email.
