I do not think this question has been answered. My friend sent a check at 8 today since his mom's credit card would not work. Would he still be able to get his badge mailed if you guys receive the check after today or will he have to stand in the line of doom or can he go to the will-call line?

I'm not Reg. staff or anything >< But I think that your status needed to say "Paid-hold for mail or Paid-pending action" by tonight; like a check would have needed to be mailed before and cashed by today. I'm not positive and I'm sure the staff will reply but that's what I think o.o

Actually I believe for mailed payments it's the postmark that counts. But if he mailed it at 8, I don't know if it would be postmarked the 1st. If the postmark says the 1st, though, it ought to count for mailing.


ETA: Yes, I just checked the Registration FAQ (cuz that's what it's there for! )

If it is post marked for April 1st (we will probably accept April 2nd as well we understand the post office can be slow.)

ok, i'm starting to get nervous. i've attempted to contact registration staff numerous times about my roadshow registration, to no real avail.
a lot of my friends who reg'd at the same time (or later!) than i did have already received their badges!

For the roadshow, I have been told by a reg staff member that all of them should be updated so please check your status.

The badges were printed alphabetically and then thrown into a box and were all at random. So, it is possible for those later than you to get a badge before you.

Ok if your status is still unpaid please email registration with a scanned copy or screen shop of your proof of purchase. This is the receipt from a money order, bank statement, etc.

Badges are not done. Groups have not been assembled. And we have about 5 boxes to send out of mail.

Part of hallelujahlogic's issue is that she can't log in to check it because she doesn't have an account to check... so we can't see if she's been printed or not. She told me on the phone the other day that she lost her receipt, but I still have mine and I know she paid either immediately before or immediately after me....

Ah. This question again. And here's the answer again.

Badges aren't made by when you registered. They are printed out alphabetically, thrown into a box and the staff members pick the names out and make them.

Next year this should be added to the registration page, a disclaimer and/or a sticky topic on the forums. The forums are flooded with people concerned that they're not getting their badges before other people and I'm sure staff members are tired of repeating themselves.

Ok so my friends made a group and the leader got 6 of their badges in the mail. However some of them don't know if they were getting theirs in the mail. So i was wondering do all the badges of a group get mailed at the same time or is it possible that they will be getting the other badges in the mail later. Its a group of 11 if that's of any importance.

Side Rant(why do i always have to ask the questions.... IM not even in the group)

All the badges in a group do get mailed together; however, only those people that selected the mailing option and paid for it will have their badges mailed to their group leader. The remaining badges will be available for pick-up at the group will-call booth. We assembled all the will-call badges this past weekend, and for groups there's not that many, so if you do have to pick them up the line should be pretty short.
