Here is how you check your reg status:

1. Go to acen.org
2. Click on registration
3. Enter your username and password in the "Returning?" box
4. Click on badge info and it will say if your badge is paid for or not

i registered for acen at youmacon, but i never got a confirmation number or login name or anything.

is there any way i can check the status of my badge?

Hey - I preregistered, but haven't paid yet because a friend got several free badges as part of his vendor booth and is going to use one of them for me.

How is this handled? Is there a way to apply that credit to my preregistration?

my friend paid by check- back in.. september? and her bank cleared it but I guess the website never said paid- hold for mail
and she doesn't have her badge obviously. she was already iffy about coming or not and I really want her to go so I'm trying to help her figure this out. She emailed you guys I think- but the forums might be faster.

You need to coordinate with your friend. He has instructions on how to get you to be one of his vendor badges. Just leave your current reg unpaid.

Earlier this week I got an e-mail telling me about the Tier 3 registration ending and that I should pay for my badge before the deadline. Confused because I registered at-con last year and paid the $30, I went to check the status of my badge and sure enough it says I'm registered and unpaid. Just curious if maybe my registration is possibly not fully updated? I'd rather not have to pay twice and at this higher rate. Here's my badge number: 1P7MCWT-N80L2N9-S22J4V-M40TF for reference.

so there will be an announcement when all mail is sent right? also when exactly does the reg info get put into the system like as you guys package up the badges? My badge status still says unpaid i'm not to worried about it but i am slightly

There will be an annoucement when the next wave will be sent. We're going to be try and mail out all the badges that have not been sent in the next wave.

All forms will be done by the end of mailing. We do still have a forms left. If you're REALLY worried you can send us proof of purchase (screen shot of bank deposit, check thingy etc) and we will instantly mark you as paid.

I have the exact same problem with my group's status except I mailed in our check in early January and it took posting on the forums to get it cashed over a month later. Now my group's status remains "registered-payment pending", so I e-mailed registration support about a week ago with no resolved answer or aid. My group's freaking hardcore over cosplay funding right now and the absolute last thing we wanna do is stress over coming up with more money for new, more expensive badges all over again. And yet, here I am again pleading for registration troubleshooting help. -_- I apologize for my ranting, but I've been attending ACEN for...*counts* 6 years and successfully registering for the last 4 of them has been so difficult that it almost seems like the con's trying to keep me out. :(

Ok. I hate to repeat questions on any forums, but this one was never answered on here. Earlier I registered before one of the first cutoff dates, but unfortunately, the payment that was sent in was not the correct amount of money for the payment. It's only about a $5 - $10 difference.

How can I make sure that it has been completely paid for -and hopefully will arrive on time? I know that you have no control on the speed of mail travel, but please, please help me on this problem.

Asashi we're sorry your email has not been answered we are receiving about 50-100 emails a day and trying hard to keep up. If you pm me we can work it out.

Kikyo you'll have to ask programing about that we don't handle it and have no idea how it works. But no you were not supposed to get a ticket in the mail.

Postman please message me with your login name and when you registered along with the amount you sent in.
