Greetings from the City of Osaka, Chicago Office.

I am writing in regards to an event that we are sponsoring called "Osaka Garden Anime Night" on Saturday September 6th, 2008 at the Osaka Gardens in Jackson Park. We will be showing three episodes of Kimba:The White Lion (in English) and also a short documentary called "Film is Alive", which is about the life and works of Tezuka Osamu - the Osaka-born anime and manga artist. This event is part of the 35th Anniversary of the Chicago-Osaka sister city relationship. Please find attached a copy of our flyer (one in english and one in both japanese and english) and our press release. If you could please pass this information on to any interested parties, it would be greatly appreciated.

On a side note, we are actually looking for volunteers to help with the day-of activities. If there are any individuals that may be interested, please tell them to contact me directly.
