Rates
Adult Registration Rates and Dates

* $35 super-earlybird / Road Show (Rate ends 9/30/08 midnight)
* $45 early pre-reg / (Rate ends 1/1/09 midnight)
* $50 regular pre-reg (Ends 4/1/09)
* $55 at-con

Kids 6-12:
* $10 pre-con (any tier, available until 4/1/08 under the same payment rules as adult badges)
* $15 at-con

Kids 5 and under:
2 free with each adult registration


Tier Cutoff, Payment, and Registration Dates:
All cutoff deadlines are stated in midnight, CST. For example, if you register on 1/1/09 at 7PM, you would be charged the $45 rate.

Super-Earlybird rate ends: 9/30/08
Early Pre-Reg rate ends: 1/1/09
Regular Pre-Reg Rate Ends: 4/1/09
Mailed Badge request cutoff: 4/1/09
Check payment Pre-reg cutoff: 4/1/09
Credit Card Payment pre-reg cutoff: 4/15/09*

*You may pre-pay between 4/1/09 and 4/15/09 via credit card only, in order to pick up your badge at will-call. Prepayment is required for this.


Mailed Badge
# Badge Mailing: $1.50

Groups discount:
(Groups pricing follows regular pricing with the following discounts)

* 5% discount for groups 10-19
* 10% discount for groups 20 and larger.

No groups registration at-con, pre-con registration cutoff is the groups payment cutoff date.
