Many lolita style dresses are similar to Victorian style. I havn't been able to find any patterns for lolita dresses, but I have found a few sites offering patterns for the Victorian style. The first one has quite a few patterns, but I'm not sure which ones would be useful to you. Here's the site address:

http://www.tudorlinks.com/treasury/freepat....html#Victorian

This next website has a list of patterns available for purchase form other websites that could be used to make a lolita ensamble. I found it very useful, but some patterns can cost from $10 or more. You could even try looking at a local store that sells patterns for something that can be altered to fit the lolita style. Here's the web address:

http://www.avantgauc...wing/index.html

I couldn't find any more sites this useful, and I hope the ones that I did find will help you out ^_^
My nose is cold. Care to lend me a scarf?

I'd say just go to a fabric store and browse through the skirt, blouse, and dress patterns, and then just lace the crap out of them XD Mix and match patterns too to get the effect you want. ^^
