I think 6-7 would work for me, since I won't get there until round about 4.30 or 5, plus with checking into my room and running around like a complete spazz (I mean, elegant aristocrat).

Sounds good to me, then hopefully people can see a need and fill it (wouldn't that be something if we got most of the countries xD).

I'd say we can set a meet up place in case it rains, maybe by all the couches and chairs on the upper floor of the Hyatt, and once everyone is there, we can then relocate to somewhere more out of the way so IRT doesn't yell at us.

PS: I think the APH gathering at Yaoicon only had, like... 8 or so people. I remember seeing pictures from it.

The loading docks are really easy to find, though! When you go outside the main doors of the hotel-area you just basically go across the street and a bit to the left. XD It'd be vurrrry easy to find. (Especially with America running around with a flag.)

I just worry about meeting up in too small of an area and getting in the way. XD;; (Well, not really, but.)

I checked out the picture and was like "Oh, so THAT'S the loading docks", for some reason I got them confused with the parking lot right on the corner of... Whatever street the Hyatt is on and River Road. xD Oh well.

We can just run around with flags and scare people. It's funnererer. xD Besides, if we just take over a section of the couches with the intent to move anyway, it's not like we'll be THAT much in the way. xD
