So Excel's forming an army for world domination. WE MUST STOP HER!

On this, the 64th anniversary of D-Day+1, I call for all freedom loving otaku to stop Excel and her plans for world domination! If you don't fight, WHO WILL?

What she does is of little concern to me...I'm busy taking over all the world's concepts, so sooner or later, even if she does manage to succeed shes gonna have to come to me if she wants any love, understanding, humor, of compassion in her world...
