My only problem last year was directions. The map didn't help much (prolly because of the issues mentioned earlier though). Whenever I asked IRT for help with directions, they almost always responded with "I'm not sure" (including a question about which line was which for registration). So better map, signs, and informed IRT is what I stress.

I agree with better maps and signage. At least some sort of paper signage that CLEARLY discribes the rooms and where they are located. I was soo confused my first year on where some panels were. Even the signs were hard to find because they were so tiny and people blocked them T_T
