I'm missing some luggage while staying at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare hotel - a blue bookbag, to be exact. It's dark blue or black, with a gray underside. It has a "Google" logo embroidered on it. Its contents include my toiletry bag (toothbrush, etc), a power strip, pencil bag, Nintendo DS, and other items.

I lost it during check-out. Here's what I know:

It was NOT left in the room. We called a bellhop that brought a cart. We went WITH the bellhop down the service elevator to the lobby, and wheeled it over to the large bar area (red bar) where they were all the bags were deposited and tagged. This was around noon. 3 hours later, we return, but it's not there. I didn't really pay attention, but looking back I realize it wasn't there. From there we took the luggage and carted it all down to put in our car in the drive-up area.

As for looking for it, I called housekeeping (Hyatt Regency's lost-and-found), who checked with the bell services, the bar where it was temporarily stored, and several other places. Today I checked back, and they say it was not found, and from here the chances of it being found are near zero.

So yes. If you happened to come across it, please let me know ASAP. I would like to offer a cash reward to anyone who finds it, as a way of saying thank you.
