so just wondering what every one did.

list the events or the things you liked at acen this year. and what you just did to have fun with friends

like with me:

1. met Jason David Frank! not only did i meet him, he gave me a little mission, plus i got a free 20 dollar photo. and he fixed or tried to fix my digital camera with steve(well steve was laughing and saying "jason you broke his camera")

2. met steve and karan...but ummm...I couldn't talk to karan, she's just so cute!

3. Laura bailey! mega hottie!!! and very humble. she did shin's voice for me, and signed and read "down with women who go down on men!". and even signed a piece of the paper pocket guide for my friend. althought she thought it to be ghetto paper, and even signed it "LB ghetto"! shes funny! cute! smart! and a gamer! and i'm one of her favorites since we waited like 15 minutes for her to get to her own panel, and waited even though she was late!!!

4. i got a dating sim!

5. Yusuke cosplay got love!!!

6. Tuxedo was a no show since i was only bring it if i didn't see one at the sailor moon shoot.

7. I played DBZ burst limit!

8. free shin chan signs.

9. stilling looking forward to a yuri paddle!!! next year!!!

10. got a big red yoshi plush, no koga or yourichi could be found, but i did get sonic knuckles and shadow

11. i got pick with jack skellington, power rangers, sango/officer jenny!, aeon flux

12. i got glomped for the first time, and them many more after!!!

13. KOGA WAS LOVED VERY MUCH, WETHER IT WAS A GIRL JUST WANTING A HUG, GLOMP, OR TO TAKE A PIC WITH ME! I GOT SO MANY THIS YEAR!!! koga may make an appearance next year between yoshi and the green ranger

14. Yuri panel was awesome.

15. ninja photoshoot was awesome as well

16. naruto cosplayer not to into YYH hanging around them. but KOGA was welcomed i got many pics there. also the dealer room, but i eas later for some stuff

17. got lord zedds signature and the MMPR movie, even though the villain on the cover was from turbo

18. a calzone that was so good could, i can only dream of it heated up

19. although the locations for all the meet up i had planned where wrong or something went wrong with the plans. i had fun and met new peoples

20. Yoshi backpack is very popular!!!

1. waited in line for 5 hours to get my badge!
2. Cosplayed! Friday I went as Nero and my other friend went as Lady and we made our costumes and were proud of 'em and then my other friend bought pieces and did Trish... and every two seconds she was the only one asked to get pictures taken :( but oh well... Saturday we were sailor scouts so we all got pics taken ^_^
3. I didn't get to see many panels because I kept missing them...
4. Shopped (even though i'm broke!) w00t!
5. Partied.
6. Danced.
7. Had underwear party. It was pretty awesome ^_^
8. Mingled! Yea for random talkings!
9. Danced a can-can dance with my other sailor scouts for two groups of people for Youmacon i think... ^_^ If I did this for anyone let me know if you have the video

Oh wow, acen this year was even more than I expected. I really opened up a lot and talked to a lot of people, and even exchanged emails with some of them! soooo

1. Dressed as Kaoru, me and my friend were like famous xD Seriously we were constantly being asked for hugs and pictures, it was great and so fun.

2. Ouran photoshoot. Just random, and fun.

3. Ouran group. We talked to one Haruhi a while and then found more Ouran cosplayers from the photoshoot, and a group of us stayed together for the rest of the night, sang sakura kiss at karaoke, did a conga line, and hung out in a resturant. Just a LOT of fun.

4. The ethics of Death Note panel was very interesting, and that Matt who went up was amusing xD

5. That Matt and Mello we saw EVERYWHERE. Seriously, everywhere we went we saw them. One of the best Matt cosplayer's I've seen too, and another Matt and Mello cosplayer we saw often was nice too

6. Hugging every character from death note at least once, and getting a kiss on the cheek from Mello <3 seriously made my night

7. The Death Note photoshoot was so random and crazy, so much yaoi and crack pairings. Lasted like an hour I think, it was just tons of fun to watch.

8. masquerade

9. Meeting Haruhi/L. We met her as Haruhi friday and found her as L saturday more than once. She was a lot of fun to talk to, hopefully we'll talk again soon

10. Meeting Fai, who I talked to on the forums beforehand.

11. L giving me a sucker <3 and L/Haruhi giving me sugar cubes

12. Final Fantasy photoshoot, it was fun to be a part of something so huge.

So my top 12 things, kinda grouped a bit but whatever...like acen revolved around ouran and death note this year lol

ouran, never heard of it.

but i think acen should have a after party because it kinda of just dies. I mean i would like to have a feeling of "ok i'm done i had enough". but everything ends so soon on sunday. maybe an after party for those who aren't ready to leave quite yet.

or at least a place in the guide, say by the autograph section, for names and numbers/screenname/forum name/ gaia name/ imvu name/ myspace url/ facebook/ e-mail/ etc.

I had a TON of fun!

1. Saying "Whoa Nelly!" to just about EVERYTHING on Friday (in an imitation of Grandpa in YuGiOh the Abridged Series).

2. Walking down the hall, mentioning Gendo, and having a guy come out of his room and go "Gendo? Where?!"

3. Having my cousin, who was cosplaying as Jigen, get called "Amish Guy" and "Abe Lincoln", and say she was scared to use the women's restroom (she had a beard on as part of her cosplay).

4. Creating a haze of hairspray color and hairspray in the stairwell on Saturday morning.

5. Liam's "energy suicide" which was TO DIE FOR.

6. Cosplaying as Goemon in my awesome Lupin III group, and having "I'LL GET YOU LUPIN!!" shouted at us on the way to McDonalds.

7. Having someone recognize my Eponine outfit!

8. Having Liam leave Fang Marks on my neck when we were cosplaying from Hellsing.

9. Getting 2 shirts in the dealer's room that apply to "In Soviet Russia..." jokes, or Soviet Russia in general.

10. Playing Mario Party on an N64.

11. Walking to McDonald's for the cosplay lunch.

12. Having good weather!

13. Seeing all my con friends!

14. Having pillow fights with the stupid long, cylindrical shaped pillows in the room.

15. Being recognized in all of my outfits!!

And a lot of other things! I had a great time this year.

awww darn. well as long as your not naked or licking a nipple, you wont end up like miss nevada was it? or vanessa from high school musical, or etc. lock the photos away. but i must say, takes skill to be drunk and have a pillow fight with 6 people in your underwear and still be able to photograph it! you multi-talented!!!

This was my second time attending ACEN and this year totally blew last year away. My friend and I were the ones running the "Ethics of Death Note" panel, and it was INSANE how popular it was. So, I just wanted to thank everyone who came and talked, especially those guys who formed the mini discussion group after, you guys rock! Also, chatting it up with people at the "How to Talk to Girls (and guys) at Conventions" instead of actually paying attention to what the speakers were saying. All in all, I had a blast.

1. Was the first out of my friends to get a picture & glomped ^_^ T'was about 5 minutes after we arrived at the Hyatt.
2. Roamed around the dealers room & got a good look at what I could buy all weekend long. Heh.
3. Went to various photo shoots and joined in all the screaming & insanity
4. Got woken up in the middle of the night because of the parties our "neighbors" were throwing...
5. Bought kitten ears~
6. More dealers room fun & roaming the hotel and streets
7. Kingdom Hearts Photoshoot.

I love Acen 2008, seeing as it was my first time cosplay and doing some photo shoots. I engoy Whose line is it anime?, the game room, and the other panels. I enjoyed it much more then last year.(expect the concerts, but I like HIGH AND MIGHTY COLOR better than HALICALI)

My group and I grilled in the parking garage.....dunno if that's exactly legal, but we did...

Spoony Bards concert...and I sat in line for about an hour...but other than that, it was awesome. Singing "This is the Hall that never ends" while walking on the sky bridge is always fun

i am multi-talented but i wasn't the one taking the pictures . I was the one throwing pillows.
