Alright, A-cen is drawing near, and SHOULD be on everybody's minds non-stop, am I right? So who here is having dreams and nightmares this year? Sadly, I've only had one Acen dream so far and it hasn't been very exciting. I was just circling panels I wanted to visit with a marker. Although, I'll have to say that the program book was more of a scroll than a book. Anyway, SHARE YOUR DREAMS!

I had a nightmare a while ago where I showed up at acen and realized I'd left *all* of the things I'd made for artists alley at home.
Usually my acen nightmares include costuming. I'll get the ones where I'm working on a costume naked while walking into a convention, or realizing the convention is a month before I thought it was.

Ok so i have an amazing 6ft tall paracelsus prop for my aba costume it breaks into a 4ft and 2ft section. I had a nightmare last night that right as i walked out of my hotel room some jerk wearing a naruto headband that looked about 15 ran into my prop and it broke!!!! >_< i woke up freaking out

i keep having acen nightmares...and all of them involve me being unprepared, or leaving something at home, or thinking i have 1 month left but it's actualy tomorrow...
and the feeling i get is the SAME feeling i get when i get those 'go out in naked public" dreams...and i get these dreams all year long...
and sometimes these dreams mean i am 100000 miles away and i am unable to go home to get my things...
or that the cosplays i had planned to do aren't in my car, and i keep going "how could i have forgotten these!!!!! *cries*"
and one night i actualy woke up crying and VERY upset...
it was horrible and i hate them

I had a dream that my friend had crazy korean parents and they gave us a ride but I was afraid of riding with them so I went in another car...which no one was actually driving << >>
Then we got up to the Hyatt and a limo pulled past us and Barack Obama was inside and a thousand secret service pulled up around. Then hillary Clinton was riding in a chair on top of his limo smiling and waving like a pageant girl.
Then a secret service that looked strangely like the "My hair says" guy from YGO came up and asked if it was the Hyatt. If my dream had wanted to be fun he would have just said "My hair wants to know if this is the Hyatt." but no, my dreams are half-arsed like that.
So then we go to our rooms and the first one turned into my teachers room (what? when did my comp graphics teacher get involved? Why was he there? ;0) So we went downstairs to our rooms and I made sure not to room with the crazy koreans, cause they seemed mean. Well then an old substitute came limping out of our room...it was weird.
so basically I got the three big things XD; School, ACEN, and elections...

I just had the ODDEST dream last night. I'll be a part of a Witch Hunter Robin photoshoot Friday, and I dreamt that the times got rearranged so that our photoshoot was right after the Harry Potter one. So we're trudging out to a grassy field, and everything's all sunny and la-la, and the HP cosplayers are taking the last set of photos. Then out of nowhere one of the Amon cosplayers takes out an Orbo gun and yells to the group of HP cosplayers, "Dumbledore is gone! Where is your savior now?!"
Then all heck breaks loose as the HP cosplayers scatter, then a dry storm suddenly comes up, and HP cosplayers are being shot by various Amons and set on fire by various Robins.
...Yeah. I should lay off the sugar until next Thursday.

Last year I had a dream that ACen got moved to a casino, but that I didn't know, so none of my costumes were done. Then I decided to go as Riza Hawkeye again, but my costume had somehow gotten bleached so it was this light powder blue instead of dark blue! It looked like the background of the forum posts xD.
And now I have dreams about my gun snapping in half or something. It's stressful.

I generally dream and daydream about ACen alot... the latest dream was of getting there and how I see all these people that I went to school with and how they were going to Hyatt too, but not for ACen... and all I could do was cackle evilly. Cause you know... if the shoe fits, amirite?

To tell you the truth, I'm trying to push it all out of my mind. I am so stressed about getting crap together for the panel and buttons and badges that I'm spazzing ... and i'm not even sleeping!!
But I have had a few dreams ... one was that ACen was in a few days and I didn't have ANYTHING planned for my panel and I was crying and frusterated. I had one about a month ago and it was really odd ... but I don't remember now ... but it was about ACen and stressing lol

That was probably me...Actually I'm not that much of a Voyager freak, but it is my favorite Trek...though Next Gen is close.

1) I'm going down the escalator and my pants turn into a dress and gets caught =x
Saw it happen to some poor girl last year.. not fun...
2) I have no place to stay for the Con and have to drive daily... x.x
What sucks most, is that this isn't a nightmare and I am stuck without a room because my friends friend who said i could stay changed his mind..
That combined with the fact that my parents don't know the full extent of my costume and would probably freak if they saw my stuff in the car :/
And if i drive i will have to miss the rave and other late night things (first time in 3 years i have gotten a full weekend pass) ;_;
Can I sleep in anyone's closet? >.>

No joke, I dreamt about being at the opening ceremonies this year and having a bunch of 14 year old fangirls claiming to be Quinton Flynn's #1 fan. @_@ QUITE the disturbing nightmare for me. ;~;
On the other hand, I dream about Quinton a lot.
Sometimes the dreams are set at Acen, once I dreamt he and I were running from IRT.

I just had this one that for some reason, ACen was moved to my block, but was still in a hotel and everything. So then all the Hellsing Cosplayers (there were 11-12 in my dream) were in my hotel room and we were watching some really really HORRIBLE version of Hellsing (I think they called Millennium Mausoleum...) and we didn't have an Integra at all! Then I had to go to a costume shop but it was about 3 hours away and I had to walk, so I just decided not to go... And then for some strange reason the boy's track and field team from my school was doing the pole vault in the street outside the hotel.

I've had two bad dreams, actually...
The first one had to do with my cosplay. I'm dressing up as Phoenix Wright, so I had a dream where Dahlia was trying to kill me so she was stalking me and whatnot. And I was like, "But it's just cosplay! We don't have to be this in character!"
The second was where I went to a wig shop to get my wig and the line was two hours long...but I only had an hour before I had to leave and I was freaking out because what would I do without a wig?
