Registration Hours!

TIMES HAVE BEEN UPDATED!!


Since the DH posted these where it is a little hard to find them Ill post them here for you :)

Thurs 5 pm to 10 pm
Fri 8 am to 10 pm
Sat 8 am to 6 pm ((the closing time might be later))
Sun i have not finalized the sunday times

Again this was posted by the DH so these are official hours.

All times are subject to change without warning.

At closing time you must be in line inside of the convention hall. If you are in line in the convention centers main lobby you will need to return the next day for your badge.

If a moderator/administrator could make this a sticky I would <3 you!

So.... can we get our badges at 7am or 8am on Saturday? I'm slightly confused.

8 am is when it opens on Sat. that is when the reg staff will start taking customers.
Although the lines may start forming before it actually opens.

Is it guaranteed at least that we can still buy tickets on Sunday or will I have to buy a ticket that allows me to attend on the two days beforehand?

You can purchase a one day badge (tickets) for sunday on sunday without having to buy a full weekend badge...Here is the price list for the badges.
Friday-only: $30

Saturday-only: $30

Sunday-only: $20

So I want to make sure I am right. Thursday registration hours are ONLY for people who re-registered before hand right?
Also I am assuming our badge lanyards are in the bag of goodies we usually get at the beginning of con, can the people who already have their badges come and pick these up on Thursday evening?

Yes. Thursday is ONLY for those who Pre-Registered. And yes, you can pick up your ACen bag at that time as well.

no we are not taking express reg people thursday or at con reg.

Thursday is actually just badges who have paid already.

Yes, that's what the "Acen bag" is. As long as you have your badge, you can pick up your bag.

As long as YOU can. The thing is I can only drive there and then park my car in the parking garage. I assume I can stay there as long as I pay the the extra time I am there. Otherwise you may have to move your car and come back when the machines start giving out garage tickets again. If there is a fine for staying beyond a certain time in the garage I don't know what time they want you out. I left the garage last year as late as beyond midnight with no fee problems.
