Dont mail it, you have to pay at the express reg line now. Mail in and online payment are closed.

You can only pick up your one day on the day of it being active. Except Fridays can pick up their badges on thursday during the pre reg paid pickup.

Hm lucky Friday people. Is there going to be a seperate line for Saturday prepaids as opposed to express and at con badges? I've always gotten my badge on thursday but have seen the line on Saturday, it's always disgustingly busy, I just want to let my mom know what she needs to do to get my little brothers badge. Though I don't see why a prepaid wouldn't have their own line it should move relatively fast since it's just pickups but if there isn't I guess I'll just eat their badge costs, I can't see her in line for three hours when all she has to do is pick it up lol I'd never hear the end of that one.

There are three lines. Pre paid go to Will-call which may be a semi long line but should move fast. There is the at con reg line which is enter info on a computer, pay and recieve your badge, normally the longest wait and line. And express reg which is entering your info at home online and going to con to pay and recieve your badge.

does anyone know what time badge pick up /payment starts/opens on Friday i have my badge but my friend just found out she can go so we registered her and now we just have to pay and such so we want to get there by like when it opens...at least...thanks in advance

Last year people started lining up at 5 am.. I dont suggest it since you will be waiting outside in the cold windy city. 8 is when our doors open, arriving a little earlier then that is what I would do.

The link works for me - what link are you trying to use, and what specifically is wrong? You should be able to input your info for Express Reg right now, you just can't pay until you get to the con.

Please tell me where the link is. I click on the "Registration" tab and then I click on https://acen.org/registration/

which gives me a series of error messages and then nothing. I don't see where Express Reg is located. Please explain clearly. Thanks.

Anyway, there is a sticky thread right below this one that offers suggestions to the most common computer problems. You should give them a try.

No, there is not a security risk here. ACen's SSL certificate recently changed to allow subdomains, but the original link for the registration site specified acen.org instead of www.acen.org. In short, if you use https://www.acen.org/registration/, you will not run into any problems.

The URL you're using is correct, and that's the right place to do Express Reg. If you have further error messages, like Aj-chan suggested, look at the thread I linked to see if the problem has come up for others. If you can't find it, you can PM TheRabbi with the specific details of the error message to find out what's going wrong (first make sure your browser is supported, though - supported browsers include Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer 7 NOT IE6)

Just so we're clear (cuz I'm a little confused, sorry!)

Express-reg, according to the first post on this thread, has a "pay online" feature. Say we pay online. Can we pick up badges then on Thursday, since it'd been pre-paid? Or do we still have to wait until Friday morning?

Express reg is when you put your info in our system online and come to the convention and pay there.
