I tried to upload a new custom avatar, and I kept getting an error message that told me to "contact a staff member" but I'm not sure who to contact about this. My new av was well within the guidelines for file type/size so I'm not sure what's up. Also, I got the error message when I tried to re-upload my last avatar, so now I'm all nekkid... Please help.

Yeah, that option seems to have been broken for a while. Excel (who is of course famous for having more avvies than Sakura had battle outfits) lost hers to the bug too. There's another thread about it, but the topic escapes me...

On the same note, I wouldn't recommend attempting to change your personal profile pic at the moment either...

Ah, if only I had known! I totally missed that thread. Boo! I should have known something was up when excel was avatar-less. At least now I know better than to mess with my profile pic for the time being.

Dave, I feel ya.

Once they de-glitch the avatar problem, he'll be back. One of these days I may even come up with a name for the little guy. How does Chibi-Goku sound?

I tried uploading a new avatar after I set one up yesterday but shows the old avatar with the size of the new one. I am a lil confused is there a limit how many you can upload in one day or am I missing a screw. Any help would be great.

*pops in* Something odd's happening to my avi, too. It may clear itself up by the time I post this, but just in case...

So I changed my old avi for a new one I made (fits the 100x100 and etc. qualifications), but it didn't show up, even when I logged off the forums for a while and came back. So I tried removing it all together, and got a blank show up on all my posts automatically. So I tried to put back in the new pic, and got the OLD one showing up again. Any help would be appreciated. What I'm trying to get at is that my new avatar loaded on my page, but it still shows up on the forums my old avatar. And everytime I go to edit my avatar it shows my new avatar.

What works for me is using the URL rather than browsing for a photo image. Its quicker and your image pops up automatically. Just find the avatar you like form a site, right click on the image and select "properties" it will give you the URL link. Just copy and paste it there and walla!

I belive they made a custom avatar so it may not have a URL.
But, if they do have a URL they can try doing it that way also.
Thanks for the additional info.
