Yeah, am I going to get any help here?
I know I'm not the only one who needs help, but I've tried e-mails before coming here, and no one is responding.

Sorry about the late replies, folks. Life got in the way a bit.

Yes. Please PM me your e-mail address.

Okay, my account is unfrozen, yay! However, it says registered, unpaid, before my account froze, I [aid by credit card. Payment hasn't gone through my credit card so does this mean payment was never made? Should I pay again with the smae card? Thank you for the five dollar discount btw, I do appreciate it.

If you read the e-mail that was sent to you, there are many details contained therein. However, yes, the gist is that your payment was never made, and that you need to make it again.

I've made a thread about this and pm'd a question, but I'm really getting worried as time to pre-reg is running out. My friend and I payed for our badges using a credit card. Then afterwards, we printed off our confirmations from our accounts on the registration site. It was soon after that, that our accounts were frozen. Now our accounts are both unfrozen, but now it says we still need to pay. But as I wrote earlier, we already payed. So what I'm asking is if we need to pay again because ACen did not recieve our payment, or if we need to pay again making it a total of $85 dollars. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. T-T

Have you tried checking your credit card statement/account to see if the payment was deducted? That would be a huge indication of whether or not we recieved your payment. If payment has not been deducted from your credit card account, then yes you need to pay again. If it was deducted then my next suggestion would be to PM either TheRabbi or Riker with your badge number and see if they can check into that for you.

We have double-checked and it appears that people who are paying now are not experiencing problems with payment.

Exactly correct. Each time we discover that a payment hasn't gone through, we have sent an e-mail to that person explaining the problem in detail. We ask them to double-check their statement to ensure that we made no mistake. We also check the receipts that we get in order to make sure we don't have one. We then inform them that they need to go pay again, since the last transaction never went through all the way.

We're not seeing any more problems like this (keinahora), and we sent out e-mails to everyone that's affected. We tried to make those e-mails very clear.

Unless you check a particular box to save the message in your sent folder, it won't save after sending. It likely got sent fine :)

It did get sent fine, and I hate that particular "feature". There should be a setting for that to be default behavior; I send so many PMs that it's inconvenient for me to check that box all the time, but often I have to rely on the quote boxes to keep my conversations straight.

The 101 bug has been fixed. You have until tonight at midnight to pay for your badges.

If you got this error, PM me with your badge number and your previous badge type and I will fix it.

I also got the error last night, so I logged into my account today so that I could pay for my group but it told me that I needed to pick a new badge type, so I had no choice but to pick the 50 dollar one since I needed to get to my group information. I sent you a PM with the details, but I figured other people might want to know about this error and what to do about it. So far one of my group members has picked the 50 dollar price, too, but I'd rather get the proper price for them as well and get pre-registered status so that I can get everyone's badges Thursday night.

Currently, I'm using AOL to try to view the registration page...it's not working. This year, the site's not working for me. What do I do from here, should I download javascript?

Javascript isn't something you can download; your browser already has it.

I haven't gotten a chance to test AOL to verify this, but until I can, you may want to download Firefox (www.getfirefox.com) and use it instead. You may need to sign on to AOL and then launch Firefox in order to access the registration site through it.

It says that my school e-mail address is invalid.

Working in IE 7 on Windows Vista. Our school address is our first two inditials followed by a hyphen then our last name.

ex: jd-smith@wiu.edu

I have a gmail account which I submitted instead that doesn't have a hyphen in it and it worked fine. I know its a little late in the game, but perhaps its a bug that can be fixed for next year?

It is too late for mailing so he will either be in the express reg line or the will-call line. Will-call is paid online, express is you reg online and pay at con which is actually a quicker line normally. I dont know about payments though youll need one of the programmers to reply to that.
