Last year we had a meet and greet at the Hyatt and we all went out to eat at Steak & Shake afterwards! Lets do it again shall we! This time I have a poll. We all know it will be on a thursday. But what time and where is up to you! This time I suggest we all meet up at the inside of the Rosemont Convention Center. Im still trying to get use to the new changes at the Hyatt and the Convention Center is so much easier since we have plenty of space and I will have a sign this time

**Take into consideration that these places are kinda far and are accessible by car or bus. So if you want to go to one of these places you may have to ask a friend who has a car to give you a ride there. I know I owe KnitChick big time for giving me a ride to the Steak N Shake last year! Or ride shotgun and pitch in for gas money or cab it! So who's up for for some food and fun again!?

Oh and for those who are willing to give people rides to our destination, please make note as to how many seats you have in your car. Also keep track of those who are riding with you.

I would love Giordano's. But I think SnS would be the best again. Seeing as it is open 24 hours and we can then all go a bit later in the night to let others get there.

And I will have room for two to three people depending on how big in size the people are. So three skinny people or two bigger people. XD

Hey don't knock the lap thing. My firend and I had to do that for ACen last year in our other friend's car. The backseat was filled to capacity with out costumes and props.

I'm up for going! I'm not sure if there will be two or three of us... if only two, we'll need a ride. The only one who I'm sure would want to go can't drive (just like me!)... I have to talk to Cuddles and our friend to figure out the our official answer.

Haha! Hooters would be awesome, but their wings aren't as good as I thought they would be... rather disappointed...

I'm fine with Steak n' Shake... I eat just about everything. The 24 hour thing is definitely a plus.

Yeah I love doing these. Its a great way to meet up with all the forum friends and just have a great time. I made a lot of new friends because of this and a lot of good memories!

Oh I am so in! And this year I'm probably staying at the hotel yay. Any of those places except McDonalds is okay by me (I can't eat McDonald's, I get too sick), though I like Steak & Shake the best! yo Excel! Question! Me and my buddy are gonna head over to acen after we get out of school thursday, to get the room and yes, we also wanted to do this meet and greet thing. My question is, is registration open on thurday? and if it is what time does it go till?

P.S. I think the meet and greet should be planned sometime at like 7 or 8

Early Registration usually is open on thursdays. The time? I dont know. I wanna say late afternoon. But like I said im not sure. Once we find out about what the time is for early registration everyone will be informed. That way everything will go into plan for the meetup.

If I weren't so dang paranoid about the mail here I would have my badge mailed so I don't have to stand in line again...but at least I'll have a room so I don't have to drag twenty pounds of backpack with me through the line.

Theres no way in the world registration opens at noonish on Thursday... we're lucky if we even have the equipment set up by then... in any case registration is usually open around 5-6ish providing everything works right away and what not.. and usually runs until 9 or somewhere around there

Grah! I'd love to go! I have so much fun with everyone. Though I've got school and I would love to get a room Thurs, Fri and Sat. Staying over night is always fun! I'll try to convince my mom to let me skip school Friday.
