Hello All! New to Acen but not conventions

Hello,
My name is Ian but I ussually go as Skippy on the net. I have been to gencon twice and have been into anime for years. For 2008 I am planning on coming to Acen and I will be cosplaying each day.

I have cosplayed several charecters and will probably be making a new one or two for this event.
I have the following costumes
Inuyasha
jack Sparrow (i know its not anime but I have it)

My costumes in development
Abarai Renji
Team Rocket Grunt or James (not sure yet)

I probably whont bring Jack to this cinvention unless i get enough requests for it. Please let me know if you think I should, what u guys tell me will decide whether jack comes or not.

i am excited for this next convention and hope to meet many new people who enjoy anime.

Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) (Bringing status 100%)
The Doctor -- Matt Smith (Doctor Who) (Status 100%)
Kamina - Gurren Lagann (100%, maybe bringing)

As for Jack... I remember seeing one when I was standing in the registration line last year. xD So yes, you get more than just anime costumes here and they're all still greatly appreciated. If I'm not mistaken, the one that I saw was frequently stopped for pictures. So go with your heart and pimp it. <3 See you round...

You should definitely cosplay James! I haven't seen too many of them.

I saw a very sexy Jack last year when I waited for my sister as everyone shuffled out of the vendors area! With a nice Will by him(?)
