I've been kicking this question in my head for awhile now. But would anyone be willing to start an Anime DVD Trading thread? Ok, so I just kinda of did. But I sure I'm not the only one who has a box full of Anime/Manga that they either have doubles from going back to buy the Vol. 1 with Boxset or after a few volumes it really wasn't your cup of tea like you thought it would be and would rather have some knowledge of who is getting it instead of just get a minor credit or $3 for each disc or book at say Gamestop or Disc Replay.

Of course the major rules would have to be no bootlegs or fan subs, the state of said item has to be stated, everything stays within the forum guidelines, and the way the trade will take is disscussed between those in the trade by PMing.

Example:
Mitchell lists a copy of "Colonel Dracula Joins The Navy 2: Renfield's Hawaiian Hunt" up for trade on thread.
Mongo lists a copy of " Shogun Penguin 4: Wrath of the Cyber-Puffin" up for trade on thread.
Mitchell PMs Mongo about a possible trade.
Mongo PMs Mitchell back saying sure and they work out how the trade will go. Be it they mail it to each other or

I can get brand new manga here in japan. anything ranging from Hentai to shonen to yaoi. If someone wants me to get them some stuff I can negotiate with them.

The original badly cut reworked version of Nausicaa of the valley of the wind, Warriors of the Wind. Don't ask why. I'd just like to have a copy to go with some the other bad reworked versions of Anime I've found to MSTiefy.

Its not a bad idea, its that it involves a fair amount of trust going in and I think its wise to point out that anyone engaging in this know that its trader beware. You could get screwed over doing this. Of course I suppose you could both agree on a trustworthy middleman, but that ups the cost of the mailings.

Just putting it out there though to be careful who you trade with.

That being said, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on Diamond Daydreams (Diamond Dust Drops), Someday's Dreamers (Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto), or Midori Days (Midori no Hibi) if someone has the full series only. I don't like only having partial series. I have a decent collection so if someone has one of these, lemme know and its possible we can work something out. Like I said I pretty much only have full series of everything I own and most of the series I do own are the slimpack versions of stuff.

Well that goes without saying. But then again that is the risk you take with anything online.
