Kiyoshi Takeda, stage name: Naoki.

History
Born on October 31st, 1979 in Wakayama, not much is known about his childhood in general save that since there were no other boys around as he was growing up; he ended up having to play with his sisters and other little girls. This wasn't without its benefits, of course. Growing up around girls helped him to better understand them and he came to be very popular with them as he was going through high school; this made the many of the boy classmates he did eventually befriend jealous. Naoki did have one close male friend, named Nao, who died in a tragic accident. Not much is known about the details or the exact time this happened, but after that he became irrationally frightened of earthquakes.

Although Naoki was always musically talented and played both bass and electric guitar (and some piano) since his middle school years, he was at first more interested in fashion design, and went to college to pursue his dream. What inspired him to want to play in a band as a career (thus changing his future) was an independent band for whom he designed stage outfits; the band's guitarist suddenly walked out after a disagreement with the other members, and Naoki offered to fill in temporarily at the last second.

Becoming somewhat addicted to the feeling of being onstage, he traveled over much of Japan after his last year of classes in order to gain experience with more independent bands, usually as a stand-in guitarist or bassist. Naoki was very determined to be successful; besides practicing diligently to keep up with constantly changing music styles and learning new songs, he took on smaller jobs to support himself and his goal. These jobs covered everything from working at a factory to convenience stores and even a sushi shop. He also managed to make a fair income designing stage clothes for other bands.

Narc:osis was the first band of whom he was an official member. When Narc:osis disbanded in [year], he joined Innocence Blade soon afterward, but left this band for Lullaby Dementia two years later. Dai of Innocence Blade has never really forgiven Tooru for convincing Naoki to switch bands, and they and LalaDei have been rivals ever since.

Personality
Naoki loves the fans, and is often the recipient of Tooru’s attentions when it comes to performing a little "fanservice". At times, he acts a bit shocked, but it’s really only to make the fans go crazier. After long shows he is known to throw individual flowers, small stuffed animals or little doodles that he sometimes draws backstage into the audience.

Naoki is rather vibrant and almost child-like, but appears outwardly quiet. Around his band mates and close friends he is usually seen laughing or goofing off (especially with Hoshi, who is often his "partner-in-crime" when it comes to practical jokes), playing video games, or writing silly love songs about his cat. However, in interviews he doesn't really talk much, mostly because he feels that Rei generally speaks better. When asked a question he'd prefer not to answer, he skillfully bats it over to him. Naoki can be considered quite silly and playful by his band mates (particularly by Tooru and Hideki, both of whom are usually the victims of his whimsy), but of course, he is serious when it comes down to business.

Style
Naoki is known to dress in anything varying from leather and PVC to fishnet and lace. These costumes are usually feminine in style and tend to show off his skin. He loves to design his own and the other members’ stage and PV costumes, usually picking a single color as a theme; in fact, his love for changing his hair color has earned him the nickname “Nijino” or “Niji no Naoki” (Naoki of the rainbow). Naoki already has a natural beauty to his face that doesn't really need cosmetics to accentuate it, but he is known to sometimes go to extremes, bringing out his eyes and lips.

Before I make too wild a leap to describing LalaDei's music style, I have to check my CD collection, but I would definitely say that early Dir en Grey is in there somewhere. Their first album is called "White Hill, Crescent Moon".

Wow! That's way more than I've got right now, so the band was beginning to form before Naoki joined... hmm... let's see... who wants to have officially started the band? Maybe we should get the story straight between the six of us, and we can make an entire article to go with a fake Shoxx or Cure magazine... I'm killing time thinking of other things to do other than homework.

So the music would be a bit like pop rock, maybe little bit harder? Sorry, I mostly listen to Dir en Grey's newer stuff (mostly, because it's easier to get over here).

*Meet Endo Keita, stage name: Hoshi.

Born on April 11, 1982,when keita was younger he was always picked on by other boys for looking feminine. ( especially in Jr high and High school.) Causing him to not have much confidence or even being comfortable in his own body. However everything would change when he met Shinomiya Kouji in college. Kouji was the opposite of Keita but they somehow became good friends that understood everything between each other. Kouji brought back keita's confidence over the years of they're friendship. And also stopped Keita from being a bit of a prude. Now... no one can stop him it seems... How ever the two still remain close to this day. Many fans speculate a more romantic relationship between the two...

Keita worked at various music stores to increase his own knowledge of equipment and music. He often would teach guitar to younger kids. Just as his father had taught to him. ( His father was the leader guitarist of "Forgotten Alice" a popular older Japanese rock band.) The name Endo meant alot to fellow rock fans & musicians so he never had a hard time finding a job that suited him.

He has always been into the music scene and he usually spends all of his time writing songs. It's not unusual for him to fall sleep with his guitar resting against him.



Hoshi usually finds himself getting a little em brassed by fans. XD Cause of some experiences at concerts. Such as fan girls grabbing him or touching his legs.

Personality -

Hoshi seems to always be relaxed, but he tends to worry a little more than he should about certain things. Around band mates he is relaxed and himself, but in interviews he sometimes forgets what he wants to say. He is very serious about the music of lullaby dementia, and he treats his fans with respect. Cause with out them he could not hope to ever be where he is now.

Hoshi likes to wear outfits that allow him to move freely and comfortably. But he doesn't mind them showing some skin.

History
Watanabe Kyo, stage name Tooru. Always a bit of a loner, Tooru was born to be the middle child with one older brother and a younger sister. As the middle child, Tooru always felt neglected as parents put their faith on to the older brother and spoiled the youngest daughter. He was usually left to his own accord, and that never really bothered him all that much. Tooru preferred to be left alone, though his grandfather would sometimes take him out to the summer festival. While picking up his sister from voice lessons after his piano lessons, which he despised, Tooru became much more interested in singing though his father did not approve. Thanks to his grandfather's insistence, Tooru was finally allowed to take lessons, and even won a few awards.

Just after graduating from middle school, Tooru got into a fight with his father, and they made arrangements for him to move to Wakayama with his mother's father. In this time Tooru joined the band Narc:osis with his current band member Naoki. In the middle of his second year in high school, his grandfather passed away, and Tooru and his grandmother moved back to Niigata to live with his mother and father.

Although he was depressed, Tooru continued in his life dream to become a great vocalist, and was recruited by the band 'Slit Disk' in his senior year, taking his grandfather's name, knowing that he would not have been able to get where he was without him. After graduating, the band only remained together for a few years, but it was a great stepping stone towards Tooru's dream.

Family:
Has not been on fluent speaking term with his father since he quit working for him when LaLaDei started, and was barely even that when he was working for him. The two greet each other for holidays and birthdays and that's about it. It has been the same with his older brother, Shuuichi, since he can remember. Shuuichi played off the perfect son since he was born, and the older brother did not take well to Tooru's musical talent, scorning him for abandoning the family business. His mother tended to just sit by and watch as he was scolded by his father for this or that while his younger sister would cry for him, begging for the yelling to stop.

Now he barely talks to anyone in his family other than his sister, who is already married with a son. When Tooru is is shopping it is usually because he is looking for things to send his sister and nephew. One of his proudest moments was being there to see his younger sister's graduation from college and her wedding.

History of LaLaDei:
While taking a year off to center himself, Tooru begins working for his father since he did not go to college to 'live out his life as a screaming monkey', Tooru traveled through most of Japan to discuss deals and agreements with his father's clients. While on these business trips, Tooru regularly finds music stores to look through even though he can't actually play music, he finds it soothing just to be around the instruments, and normally finds someone to talk to about microphones, which he likes to design since it's technically the only 'instrument' he can use. In yet another cut and dry meeting in Shibuya, Tooru happened upon a music shop where he struck up a conversation with one of the salesmen who had a lot of knowledge on microphones, both vintage and new, introducing himself as Endo Keita. They had a brief conversation about Hoshi's father before Tooru had to leave for his meeting.

The next day before he left back for home, Tooru stopped by the same place once more just to say goodbye when he was surprised to find the young man playing a song he had never heard before. It wasn't long before the two were discussing music together, and Hoshi started playing another song that Tooru was singing to, and quite a few people had gathered around to listen to them. The two pretty much decided that they could definitely go places. Tooru was surprised when he was introduced to another name that he recognized, and was happy to hear Rei's drumming tecniques. Hoshi introduced a few different bass players to Tooru, but he didn't really take to any of them.

Knowing that there was only one person he was willing to have as the bass player, Tooru called up his old bandmate, Naoki, but was disheartened to hear that Naoki was already part of a just beginning to flourish band, Innocence Blade. Not being the best when it came to talking, Tooru got on a bullet train and went to speak with Naoki in person. Having never seen this type of conviction from Tooru, Naoki was compelled to at least give LaLaDei a chance. Unfortunately, Tooru is not the most observant and blatantly talked about Naoki joining the new band in front of Dai, the leader of Innocence Blade. Dai couldn't believe the gaul of him, and the two nearly had an all out brawl if not for Naoki's quick way with words, though Dai did not walk away unscathed.

Unfortunately all three were unaware of the photographer who was snapping pictures for Innocence Blade's photoshoot. These pictures were not released until LaLaDei's first real gig, though they've tried, they still have no idea who took the picutres. They were fortunate that the pictures only gave their next concert even larger numbers, but Tooru has been wary of the band's reputation since then.

After their fourth or fifth opening, Naoki noticed that the same young man would approach Hoshi after every concert

Personality:
Is a man of honor. Although he seems very cold at first, he can open up to most people to an extent after a while. He is usually rather calm, but in his own world, leaving him wide open to Naoki and Hoshi’s pranks. Although if you get enough caffeine and sugar in him, he can be worse than Naoki and Hoshi put together. Behind doors he prefers to keep to himself, but he knows what the Lunatic Children like and is willing to give them just about anything they please.

Tooru has a bad habit of not wanting to talk, but is willing to listen to anything anyone has to say even if it doesn't look like he's listening. It tends to put people off because he just kind of watches people or continues to read as they talk to him rather than partake in any conversation, though it never seems to bother Rei.

He can be very serious most of the time, especially when it comes to LaLaDei's reputation and music. He can be especially strict on Hideki though he tries to be more like a big brother, because he knows about Hideki's past and is always worried that he might make the wrong decisions again.

Style:
He doesn’t mind dressing like a girl, but is a bit more reserved than the rest of the band when it comes to showing skin. He is well known for having his own microphones designed and made with the help of Hoshi. His everyday wear is not that different from the usual, consisting of a lot of sliced up shirts safety pinned together. Other than his shirts, he normally wears comfortable fitting jeans... actually he's a little like his father in this way, he's rather cheap so he waits for jeans to be on sale, he doesn't really care about the brand as long as they fit. He has a few more stylish pants, but those were mostly gifts from other band members.

Relationships with in the band:
Due to his own inability to really play any instrument at all, Tooru is impressed with all of his band members' abilities with their music.

Naoki: since he has known Naoki the longest, and having already been in a band with him, Tooru is most comfortable with him, hence his willingness to tease the bass player while on stage. Even though the band has been together for a while now, Tooru still has the habit of not having much to say if Naoki isn't around. When in fights with Hideki, Noaki is the only one that Tooru will usually listen to. Hence, Hideki still being alive!

Hoshi: had a deep respect for the guitar player since he first heard him playing music in the store while playing around with random music. Although he is sometimes the brunt of the guitarist's jokes, Tooru finds him to be very amusing. He also enjoys listening to stories that Hoshi is willing to tell about his father and his band. Also talks a lot about microphones and speakers with him.

Hideki: to be honest, he highly doubted the boy's ability when he first joined due to his age and childish behavior, but as time passed he realized that the boy had more potential than he let on, and was impressed with his ability to pick up things rather quickly. But he still gets annoyed when Hideki becomes possessive over Hoshi and acts childish, and is not afraid to try and set the boy straight when he does something that he shouldn't.

Rei-chan: Somehow reminds him of his little sister (who also out grew him long ago), and is a little blind sighted to when Hideki tries to out the boy as a pervert, even when he has found the two looking through porn together, he accuses Hideki of being a bad influence even though Rei is older. Tooru is very honored to be in the same band as the son of a member of 'Forgotten Alice', not to mention two of them.

Ryo-kun: Is glad to have someone in the band who can fix his computer, though he becomes a bit disgruntled when he finds most of the memory filled with porn and Lolita pictures...

Some real-life bands have members that were in the same groups at times in the past. Do you want Narc:osis for the blank part of the history, or for one of the bands that broke up? Tooru can even be the one who officially started LalaDei, since he has that kind of initiative!

Oh! Hoshi! Tooru can meet Hoshi in the store that he works at, asking about the microphone designs, but hears his guitar!

Don't worry about the metric thing, my chef is making the class learn the conversions off hand, so it's done for Tooru. Hoshi: 170cm and about 59.98 kg. I hope I did that right, or else I have no idea how I'm going to pass my midterm... I have no idea how the shoe size thing works, which is mostly why I just copied yours, hah!

Oh, I totally forgot, I was thinking about having the nickname story with Naoki totally flaunting pictures of Tooru completely indulging himself on Toron from his mother or something weird like that. I'm sorry, but I can totally see Naoki running around with the picture and Tooru right behind him threatening to kill him. If you can't tell, I'm part Filipino, so it was a lot easier to incorprate that into his life.

Hey... I think we all probably put a little of ourselves into our rocker personas (Naoki hating peas but liking peapods is all me! XD) Yeah, the Filipino part shines through with Tooru, but that makes your character that much cooler! ( being chased in the heat of mischief--I love it!)

With the shoe size thing, if you buy enough shoes from Japan, Japanese shoe sizes are second nature. There are also online converters (google is your friend!), I'm pretty sure, and if you look on the boxes for shoes like Adidas or something there are Japanese shoe sizes...

Okay-okay! I got it, maybe, sort of, I think... The guitarist got a soaring dragon because he said he wants to fly high in his ambitions (or whatever--that sounds corny as heck, but you know what I mean ^^;; ). Our bassist chose a dragon breathing flames because he said that he would fight to the end to make us one of the greatest bands of all time. I chose a sleeping dragon."
