Gotta love Chad "Ocho Cinco" Johnson's fun touchdown antics. I loved the "Future H.O.F. In 20??" with the NFL Blazer. That was classic. I wonder what his next one will be.

Y'know -- I was expecting something better than that. XD

Tom Brady has been named the best quarterback in the NFL, according to a nationwide poll. I believe Peyton Manning came in second, Tony Romo third, Donovan McNabb fourth and Matt Hasselbeck fifth.

Tony Romo third, Donovan McNabb fourth and Matt Hasselbeck fifth.

AHAHAHA this better be for this week because otherwise LOL at those three quaterbacks.

Romo unproven and also chokes field goal snaps in playoff games. Mcnabb cannot stay healthy and had two good seasons thats all. Hasselbeck has never been stellar.

And no Brady is not a better Qb than Peyton he has just been on the better team everytime but last year. In terms of arm strength, accuracy and knowledge there is no one even close to peyton. I mean the man threw for 5,000 yard and like 49 touchdown passes in one year. brady has never even come close to that.

How is Manning #2 and Brady #1! It should be the other way around!

Speaking of the Patriots, they are in big trouble for spying on the Jets when they videotaped defensive signals made by the defensive coaches of the NY Jets.

The bad thing is it isn't the first time the Pats have been caught spying. I hope they enjoy losing draft picks.

I cant belive he would stoop to that low to do this. Hes a great coach without one. But whats to say he hasnt done this more than twice. But I do agree that their draft picking privileges should be taken away.

Peyton Manning is a far better QB than Brady. Nothing against Tom, who I understand is a pretty nice guy, but I'm so tired of ESPN and everyone else having an orgasm every time Brady throws a TD. Yes, he's a great QB and he's got the Super Bowl rings to prove it, but quit being his damn cheering section.

Wow, looks like the coah of the Patriots not only cheated on the Jets game, but it seems he's been doing this on on other teams
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20748384/

If this is the case not only should they not be given any draft privelegs but he should be suspended for a year depending on how deep this spying situation goes!

I love how Manning beats Brady once and all of a sudden hes loads better. As much as I dislike the Pats, I gotta give it to Brady. Hes a stud. He spreads the ball out so well. Theres no other QB in the league that can put up numbers like him and not have stud recievers. Of course this year might be a little different as hes got some names on his team now. So we'll see.

As for Manning, his understanding of the game and defenses is so rediculous he just makes it look easy.

As for the rest of the QB ratings...its hard to take anyone seriously who ranks Romo in the top 5. Romo is good, but hes got a lot to work on still.

I also disagree with Big Ben #6. Hes a typical Steelers QB. We're gonna run the ball so all we need is a QB to be consistent and just not lose the game for us.

I like the McNabb pick though. As long as you're not counting the fact that he can't stay healthy. As a QB though, hes solid. Hes not as mobile as he used to be, but his accuracy is picking up in a big way as the years go on.

Palmer is hands down the #3 quaterback in the league. He is the only other quater back asked to win the game every week like Manning and Brady. Also he has elite receivers because they are home grown. Chad johnson is a second round pick in which every analyst said they reached for Chad. TJ was a 7th round draft pick the same year. Chris henry was a third round pick. Plus he has freakish arm strength :) and he is a bengal!

Good call. I forgot about Palmer. He definitely deserves a top 5 spot, dunno if I'd put him #3 though. #3 is tough to call.

btw, I totally got my David Akers jersey in the mail the other day. Oh hell yeah. I'm rocking now.

I wouldn't say embarassed. They're both looking to be pretty attrocious teams this year. Still I think both teams need this win to save face a bit. The only difference is everyone was kinda expecting Notre Dame to suck this year where Michigan was slated as having a possible perfect season and national championship hopes.

NFL Score:

Commissioner Goddell: 2

Bill Bellichick: $500,000
New England Patriots: $250,000

Plus, loss of first pick in NFL draft should they win the playoffs. Second and third pick in draft if they lose in the playoffs.

Im still quite surprised by this.. I was watching it on the news last night and just had this incredulous look on my face... Ya know cheating is something id expect from like a highschool football team or something but not something out of the Pros... its rediculous that they thought they could get away with it too.. its sad really and they deserve the fines.. i however think there should be a harsher penalty, because who knows how long its actually been going on....

just my 2 cents

I agree that the pats got off easy. Just look at what punishment the quarterbacks coach for Dallas got just for ordering a banned substance to help with his diabetes. Bill didn't even get suspended. A big load of crap. Looks like the pats are the commish's favorite.
