I still remember back in summer of 1996 when I first heard "A Flowery Song" on the radio, I've been into ska and reggae ever since. Good times. Farewell, Five Iron Frenzy, you will be missed.

Yeah, the sad truth is that Five Iron Frenzy only has a few shows left before they disband.
November 18 Des Moines, Iowa
November 19 Lincoln, Nebraska
November 21 Boulder, Colorado
November 22 Denver, Colorado
Some of the members are gonna stay together and work on very projects (Brave Saint Saturn and a few other things?).
5 Iron is my favorite ska band, one of my favorite bands in general. Yesterday was the 3rd time I've seen them in concert. I also saw them July 4th at Cornerstone 2003 and on October 18, 1997 (Ultimate Ska/Punk Show II).
Good times. Everyone should check out 5 Iron. Very cool and crazy fun band.

I'm listening to the hum of several CPU fans running, keyboards clicking, and a low murmer of voices as they talk on the phones around me...
