Greetings!

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding our registration and badge replacement policies. Your concerns bring up several valid points that we have taken into consideration. Thanks to your input, Anime Central determined that our Badge Policy needed to be reviewed. As you may be aware, this policy was written many years ago and was not designed to accommodate this situation. Because of your valuable input, the Badge Policy has been revisited and redesigned to better serve you, the attendee.

Anime Central is pleased to present you with the following solution:

If you have not received your badge via mail before arrival at Anime Central, please bring your Photo ID and Confirmation Page/Proof of Purchase to the registration desk. Upon presentation of these documents and verification of pre-registration, you will qualify for a one-time replacement fee of $5.00. If you receive your badge after the convention, return the shipping envelope. Once your pre-registration is verified you will be refunded the $5.00 at- convention replacement fee.

As the anniversary badges have been produced in limited quantities, we will do our best to accommodate those attendees who have purchased and not yet received these badges. The replacement anniversary badges will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please remember that if you requested your anniversary badge to be sent via mail, you may receive it after the convention.

Anime Centralís registration department will be open at 5:00 PM on Thursday to accommodate any pre-registered attendees.

The staff of Anime Central sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience that may have arisen as a result of this situation. It is feedback like this that allows us to work together to make Anime Central a better convention for everyone. In addition, we will make every effort to clearly define all registration guidelines and make them readily available to reduce confusion in the future.

There seems to be a little confusion so I'd like to clarify.

You only need to Return the Envelope, not the contents, to get the refund. We will be able to verify if you had a badge printed at the convention.
