Repeating AGAIN a week later.
I have not received any confirmation that my registration was received or processed. I need that ASAP because we are less than two weeks away.
Name: Stacey Feldmann
Badge name: CapsuleCorp
email: EITHER stacey@terracom.net, staceylee25@yahoo.com, OR mycapsulecorp@gmail.com. (I do not remember which one I wrote on the form)
Paid by check, mailed in form. Mailed in February before the Tier 1 expired.
If I do not receive some confirmation soon, I will assume my registration was never received and will cancel all my plans to attend the convention. I prereged to save myself the hassle. Thank god I wasn't stupid enough to ask for badge mailing too. >_<
edit: my bank statements don't list the names on the checks, but I have record that a $40-even check was cashed on March 7th, so I'm pretty sure that's it. That means you have it. Now, I would like my confirmation sent directly to me at the GMAIL address listed above so it doesn't get caught in any spam filters.

Our group iz-424 registration was sent out on March 23rd. Our check still hasn't been cashed. The name on it was Crystal A. Hodge. I was unable to print out the order form because my group was closed so instead I printed out our "confirmation" page that we're supposed to show at the convention. The registration was for 10 people all requesting their badges be mailed to them.
Real Name Crystal Hodge
My email address is crystal_3001@sbcglobal.net.
My own confirmation number is EAVC-3376
Any information on our group would be appreciated.

I don't know what is wrong with your situation. Your registration has been confirmed; in fact, I have resent a confirmation mail to your address.
However, according to our records, the payment for your badges went through on April 16th, so I cannot guarantee whether your badge made the cutoff for mailing or not.
Did you pay online, or via mail-in?

Everybody, please check your email!
I am finding that most of you have completed registrations and have been sent confirmations.
Please check your spam filters, as the confirmation emails may have been blocked or filtered out of your main inbox.
Because they are form-mail scripts, your filters may register them as spam and prevent them from reaching you.

Group status was not a factor when we did the mailing sort. If your individual status was completed, then your address and info went to the master list for mailing.

I haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail, a confirmation code, or anything.
All I know is that the credit card was charged.
Yeah.
That's possibly the scarriest thing.
I just need something to confirm it all; e-mail, code, badge, whatever. Something!

Well I don’t know why the payment took so long to be taken out because I sent in all my Visa card info on all the letters I sent in Feb. because I did it all before the online payment system was put up. So I bought these a good while ago. And then I also had one more that I had bought for another friend of mine that I also paid for with my Visa card but at that time the online payment was working so the money was taken out right away. her info is Name: Maria Roges /Badge name: Crazy Moogle and any thing else is still the same like its for my e-mail my home shipping address so on and so forth. So then I don’t understand why that one did not go through either. And I just checked my bank records and it says that her's was taken out 03/09/2007. So that does not make a lot of sense. I am very confused and concerned as to why my tickets have not arrived as they are very late in doing so. This information was given to you a long time ago and I am very upset it is taking this long to address. I would greatly appreciate a personal email as to what is going on. I expect to have a professional answer to deal with this situation. I am very puzzled to not only why you have held on to my tickets so long but what I am supposed to do when the con rolls around and I have no tickets. I have heard through the forums that there will be an extra 25 dollars charged if we do not receive them in the mail and we have to pick them up at the door. I am desperately hoping that this rumor is false. I cannot fathom how I am supposed to come up with 125 dollars for doing so. And if this even is true I will be expecting the money back for shipping. This is a very upsetting topic for me and I depend on your response. I am expecting one very soon.
