We want to help each of you to get taken care of, but to do that, we need you to give us as much info as possible.
We have staff and management working overtime trying to help everyone out.
If you registered in October/November, we have recently entered a large number of those forms, so you should be in the system. If you have not received a confirmation/completion yet, post in this thread and include your name and email (youraddress AT yourdomain.com), and one of us will check your status.
One reason that you may not have gotten a confirmation yet is we may have an incorrect email address. A number of people forgot to include email addresses, did not write them clearly, or did not list phone numbers. If you post here and give us your name and email address, we can look up your account and see what happened.
There are a large number of people who we have tried to reach concerning their registrations, and have not gotten back to us. Please check your email or voice mail, as you may have gotten a call from ACen about your situation. Problems range from improperly filled out checks, to bounced checks, or other problems. Again, we can let you know whether there is a problem or not, if you give us the proper information.
If you have registered within the last month, then we're entering and updating your info as fast as humanly possible...hang on.
We'll get you all taken care of...I want to see each and every one of you at ACen this year!
Again, if you have not received a confirmation or completion yet, post in this thread and include your name and email (youraddress AT yourdomain.com), and one of us will check your status.
We apologize for any trepidation that this has caused you, but we are working hard to get each of you righteous with your registration!

I have no clue about the status of my confirmation code or where I should
go to check on the status. Or basically the status on my check payment -
I also know that that check had cleared awhile ago, so I was charged.
My confirmation code is: LNOS-988D or 0
I guess I'm wondering if there are more than one confirmation numbers
for various things. It's my first time pre-regging.
My e-mail address: chrispreisler1983@yahoo.com
If personnel needs any of my information I will give you everything
I really want to go this year, I hope someone will inquire about this. Or contact me!

I honestly do not remember which of my three active, correct email addresses I used; it will be either:
stacey@terracom.net
staceylee25@yahoo.com
mycapsulecorp@gmail.com
Have not checked my bank statement to see whether the check cleared. Mailed in late Februrary before the tier 1 registration expired.

Mailed a filled out registration form and a check for $40 on March 7th. I checked my account, and found out that the check was cashed on March 22nd. However, I have yet to recieve any sort of confirmation. Already e-mailed Customer Support twice, and e-mailed Registration with the same issue.

Requested Badge Name: Tonyx35
E-mail Address: J5_to@yahoo.com
Payment method: Mailed in Money Order for $55.00 made payable to ACEN
Status: Submitted
I sent my Payment form and Money Order to the most current mailing address about a month ago. I've only received an e-mail stating that my online form submitted successfuly. I've already sent an e-mail to the Registratiion support e-mail address provided but have yet to get a response. My status is still at Submitted and this has me pacing back and forth since the cutoff date just passed. I had requested that my badge be mailed to the address provided and I also requested a 10th anniversary badge.
If you need me to confirm the Money Order number or more information is needed, please let me know

This is what I was talking about. The email address you gave us was not the email address we had in our system. We had "cp2183@msn.com"
I'll change the address in our system now and you should get a confirmation email any time now.
Please check any other odd email accounts you may have and see if there is a confirmation mail in them. We can only be responsible for sending confirmations to working, legible, or listed email accounts we know of.

Another case of a bad email address. The system had "dchuch80@gmail.com" instead of "dchuck80@gmail.com."
He's completed and should be getting a new confirmation anytime.
