I didn't get my badge. Going to stand in line with the rest of the south suburb suckers, er, mail-in pre-registers. Just look for the tall guy in the orange Arkham Asylum Inmate shirt and glasses. Name: Nick Maro. I should have my DS with me, ranting in chicken scratch in PictoChat.

Mail ran today in my area 60620 (representing for the SOUTH-SIDE!).
Guess what...
NO BADGE.
Guess I'll just have to see my fellow shafted in the line tonight to pick up my badge...
Let's form a support group in light of this very traumatic experience.
Here's the sense it makes to me:
City with worst mail service in US + Bulk mail on April 30th = bent over with no vasoline
I feeling very raw and used right now. *sniffles* "Hey! Don't touch me! ..... I don't like to be touch like that!"
I hope you have better luck than I did.

well mailman just came....and no badge
he said that if there is more priority or first class mail they may not get to the bulk mail at the plant....

It seems like Schaumburg is just out of luck. I have three friends that live in Schaumburg and only one of them managed to get their badge. Although, she's on the totally opposite side of town from the other two. The one that got her badge lives over by Algonquin and Roselle, whereas the other two live down by Schaumburg Rd and Meacham.

Well I have good news and bad new. I had to leave school cause I'm horribly sick but god loved me enough to give me my badge.

This pisses me off because I registered back in January/February. And my friends that registered on the cut-off have had theirs for OVER A WEEK.
I seriously can't believe that you have made this so unorganized. It doesn't even make sense.
Maybe this will be my last year. I know many other people aren't coming back ever again.

OMFG! There are badges here on the southside of Chicago (60615)! That's the good news. The bad news is that all of my family's badges came except for mine! The diff? I ordered an anniversary badge, sigh... So I guess I was just doomed to wait in line no matter what. Well, I certainly won't be forgetting ACEN 10 any time soon. So I'm from Rhode Island, I didn't my badge either. Also, my plane doesn't land at O'Hare until 7PM. So I won't arrive at the con until about 8PM. I was wondering exactly where do I go to pick up a replacement and is there still a fee? Would I still have to pay the fee if I have my confirmantion email and even a credit card statment that says I paid for it?

I finally got my badge! I live in Joliet and it arrived in my mail at 4pm today. talk about last minute. I was on the way to see about getting a replacement when I got a call saying that it arrived. Yay me!

Just got back from Pre-reg. `Twas hell. For most people. We um...kinda got to skip to the head of the line and get ours. Because my little brother was at court-ordered visitation with my dad. And if we didn't get back in time to pick him up my mom would be arrested. Cuz court orders and divorces are messy. *nods*
I hope my regular badges shows up tomorrow, but if not I (and my group) are now good. Extremely excited for the con. *bounces* Mom said we might even go down some time tomorrow night. *g*
