Registration: Badge Mailing And Outstanding Registrations

Just a heads up to all of you who opted for having your badges mailed.

We are doing a bulk mailing of all badges, rather than sending them out individually.

The first mailing is scheduled to go out on April 16 and every few days subsequently.

Contrary to rumors, no badges have been mailed to anyone yet, so don't get worried about that.

That's it for now.

Registrations are still being processed as fast as possible, so if you haven't gotten your confirmation yet, keep looking for it as it's coming.

Remember that the cutoff for badge mailing is April 14th.

I have already registered, my check has been cashed, badge mailing was not an option in October when I sent in my registration.

What is the procedure for having my badge mailed at this point?

Thank you for this information!

I have one concern regarding myself that I just thought of, however. My Zip Code recently changed and sometimes I have trouble with mailing to my address using the new zip code. I used my new zip code for registration here for ACen, so is there a way that I can cotact them mailing staff about this possible problem?

[nods] I'm in a similar boat there - I registered back in October at the Reactor, and I don't remember hearing about badges being mailed. I still have my reciept for registering, however - I save everything, x3 - if that helps at all! ^^;

I've registered and sent in my payment info but on the confirmation, it says all of my group members [except my wife] will have their badges mailed. How can I get her on the mailing list, I'm sure I paid for EVERYTHING required to get my groups badges out.

If I'm short $1.50, show me where and I'll gladly fix said issue.

I don't want or need to wait in line forever to get the single badge I paid for to be mailed in a line...

I'd highly suggest, if you get the chance to update the system, to allow people with logins and passwords to edit their information if something changes [as in, payments and badge mailing and bad BAD group member naming issues]

If you want your badge mailed, you have two options; mail in your $1.50 today; meaning get it post marked before the 14th, and send it in, with your name, address, confirmation number, and email address.

We'll update your registration, and you'll make the mailing.

So if I mailed it in yesterday (YES, I PROCRASTINATE. IT IS MY BIG BIG ENEMY.), then it should be fine for mailing?

I put 47.50 on the money order.....that should be right. Right?

o cool so it's not like it matters that i mailed in for the registration then the for the badge seperatly. I'm sure i'll get my confirmation fairly soon anyways. i,m just glad i really dont have to worry about it. I got enough to worry about anyway with hosting my first panel and all this year(Elfen Lied) well thanx for the info

So does it have to be post marked by the 14th, or there by then since I got the bums rush from my friends and now I'm paying for everyone and wanna know if I can still get the badges mailed.

Also the 1.50 for mailing do I just pay it once if I am having 4 badges mailed to the same place?

No, I believe it's still $1.50 per badge being mailed because of shipping charges.

Sorry for being Paranoid and all....but what happens if it's May 10th and I didn't receive a badge in the mail??? should I just go to registration with my e-mail confirmation and have it printed there?
