So there are a bunch of these popping up lately. How about we just have one thread and everyone just post in this one.
Personally, I think everyone should cosplay a character they really like the cosplay design of. But hey, who listens to me.
And no, I don't need any advice.

This idea is TOO SENSIBLE. BALEETED. (I'm glad I decide on my characters months in advance...)
I will, however, have no hesitation about shamelessly recommending characters from obscure fandoms nobody cares about because they aren't Naruto or Death Note to anyone who asks for advice in this thread
And who knows, maybe you'll fall in love with one of my recs!

Me, I'm more of a "what do you look like and how much money are you willing to spend; and I'll pick a character based on that" type of person. I don't give a rat's tushie about what's currently popular.

Well, looks like no one wants to use it. Theyd just rather clutter up the page with a million requests. Or they are too lazy to look for this.

Cosplaying a character whose personality you really like is also something folks should think about...as well as how easy or difficult the costume is to make, especially based on their experience levels with sewing/propmaking/etc.
Maybe if this were stickied it would be easier to find...but that still doesn't gaurantee it will get used.
