What is this Wizard World thing i keep seeing people talk about?

It's a comic book convention, held in the Rosemont Convention Center, in the same big area that Acen has registration and dealer's room. It's this weekend. I'm excited because Lou Ferrigno is going to be there again and this time I will get his autograph! Last time I went to Wizard World I volunteered to get in free, and went and got Lou his lunch, but then I was too shy to go back and get an autograph. But this time I'm going with friends so I can get them to help me get past the nerves

i dont my parents have disowned my sister b/c she quit school so stop thinking my parents are the best thing ever cause they're not....

Yeah i have been on my own for 3 years so i have come to realise how much college is really needed. I am going ot have to do full time school and full time work so i am going to be @.@
I guess its a silver lineing really cause i have not gotten all of my money togther yet so i can still look for other options other then loans.
I also found out that my orginal plans for Acen may get a bit messed up cause of school so i may get stuck in the late stuff D:

Yeah my parents were pissed when i did that also. Now i think i have a bit of a better grasp on life to go back and do it. Though it will have to be the hard way this time. I just hope i can find some funding. O and FYI i want to do Secondary Education in History. In short i want to teach high school history 8D!!!

Sorry I've been a little MIA lately guys. Lots of crap going on. Right now I'm sitting in Bread Co. waiting for 10 o'clock cuz I had to have my portfolio in by 8... and class doesn't start till 10... -pulls out tablet- Time to start on some coloring... or I could pull out my sketch book and start on new rank pictures...

History is amazing. That is were the answers to everything is. To learn from the past to handle the future. That i think is the main focus of History! imo at least 8D

Learning from the past to handle the future is a lost art too many people nowadays. We that actually know how to do that are a rare breed now. Many just don't understand...

Good luck trying to teach that to a bunch of high school kids, Wolfie. They don't learn it too well. No offence to any high school kids here. We're all cool. I'm meaning the stupid ones that think they're better than everyone else.... like my sister. >>

*Phantom glomps everyone*

I'm in such a great Danny-centric mood!!! I had the BEST weekend, I was at WizardWorld with my friend, she talked me into getting some commissioned art (my first pieces!), so I had one artist that she knows well do Danny (he did a workshop at her school), and a couple other artists we met there too.

But the ultimate was getting the LEAD CHARACTER DESIGNER from Danny Phantom to do a Danny sketch for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, he was there, I had no clue until HE spotted ME walking down artist's alley in my Dani costume!!!!!

So then today I met up with my friend and showed her a few Danny Phantom episodes (she saw my drawing of Samurai Danny and wanted to see that episode), now I gave her plot and art bunnies *bwahahahahahahaha!*

And tomorrow is my best friend's birthday, I can't wait to see her!!

Oh yeah and I got a great print from one artist of Gir holding a cupcake so now I have an awesome cupcake reference to work from (he draws really cute IZ work, next year if he's there I'm getting more).

I wish I would have know about Wizard World ahead of time so that I could've gone. Oh, well.

Good news & Bad news for me. I didn't get hired in at ExxonMobil. Bad, cause it was a $16/hr starting pay. Good, cause it means I'll definitely be able to make ACen 2008.

Now I just need to work on my cosplays. I'm definitely cosplaying as Bridget from Guilty Gear X2 (my girlfriend will be going as Testament) & Lafiel from Crest of the Stars. I'm trying to learn Baronh (the Abh language) for my Lafiel crossplay.

I'm also doing a Bleach cosplay, but I'm not certain who. I'm trying convincing my girlfriend to go as Byakuya Kuchiki.

It's the last weekend of June next year. Everyone must come Especially cuz my friend and I may get a table in artist's alley!

BTW suggestions of stuff y'all would be interested in buying would be appreciated. She'll be doing prints, I'll be doing crafts.
