Ok, I have a question. How many times will they each perform, respectively? I need to know to prepare for scheduling conflicts.
We haven't worked that out completly yet. Hopefuly we'll have that info in the next two weeks.

High and Mighty Color is pretty good though.
And I hate to sound like an idiot but who are the Spiral Spiders? I've never heard any songs done by them, and if I have I don't know it. Wikipedia only has a stub on them and the official site won't load for me...so...yeah.

Spiral Spiders seems like a very small, newer band. However, their lead singer is produced by Daisuke Asakura (Ice Man, producer of many other artists like TM Revolution I believe...) and sung the opening theme song of Gravitation. >3
•Wolfram von Bielefeld [Kyou Kara Maou - Dress Uniform]
•Shinou Heika [Kyou Kara Maou]
•Remus Lupin [Harry Potter]

It would be wicked if he could make it to Acen as well.
(I for one would die to see him there xD)
I'm excited for High and Mighty Color as well as Spiral Spiders though.
Acen's 10th anniversary sounds like it's going to be a blast.

I'm Katy, I run the Yosuke Sakanoue MySpace. Are Spiral Spiders definintely confirmed? Just checking for confirmation so i can put the news up on the MySpace page :3
*so sad I'll be missing them T-T. I live in England. Been a fan of Sakkan for 5 years or so. I'll see them eventually...*
edit:
Also, just cause a few people seem not to know who SPASPA are...
They are a small independent rock band. Yes, they are fronted by Yosuke Sakanoue. However he's no longer produced by Daisuke Asakura (they parted company rather violently in 2004) and although he plays his old songs (such as SUPER DRIVE) they're more rocky in style nowadays.
Also Sakkan looks NOTHING like how he used to. XD
They also have a keyboardist called Sora Izumikawa, who wrote the score for the anime Bottle Fairy.
They don't seem like a typical Anime con choice though which is why I was so confused...they're very Western influenced pop, haha.

Anyways. I'm disappointed that everyone isn't hyped up about H&MC! I must say, I am their biggest fan by far. =3 I was looking forward to going to Anime Detour here in MN, but now i can't wait for ACen, at first I was all indecisive about going all the way down to IL for ACen, but after finding out H&MC is going, I instantly decided I'm going for sure, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. The only thing in the world that makes me turn into a fanboy. >___>
I would love to see UVERworld there too. =D

we dont charge extra to see our musical guests, the price you pay for the con is the only one you pay- unless you go to the Charity Masqurade Ball(that is a $10 extra donation that goes to Children's Memeorial Hopsital) .
You may have to wait in a really long line to see them. But the ballroom holds tons of people. So you get to come and just enjoy the show!!!

I couldnt find the topic in the Programming, so sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. I'm an ACen n00b, soooo what's the Masquerade Ball and are the Musical Guests performing for it? I assume so because you brought it up when someone asked about paying to see them. @_@ Aaaand the programming on the main page says it's limited to 250 people, if I send in extra $10 and it's filled up, what happens. >_> I just wanna meet H&MC badly.
^-^;;;
