Woohoo! Thank you!

...though when I called to confirm tonight, the lady said they didn't have a special rate yet. I'm going to try again tomorrow. She said their computers might not have updated.

OK, someone needs to clear things up with the hotel. They still don't have suite rates available on their system. I talked to one person, who put me on hold while she talked to another, and neither of them showed ANY suite rates.

Add to that the fact that they had my reservation for a Plaza rather than a Regency suite...

It's all getting incredibly frustrating. :(

Thank you. The reservations lady wanted to give me a number to call "Anime" but I didn't take it... I figured it would be easier to contact you all here.

She didn't seem to know what she was doing. *sigh*

Looks like they've got it figured out, finally! The problem was that the front desk kept transferring me to CENTRAL reservations, rather than IN-HOUSE. So if you have problems getting a suite, make sure that you're talking to in-house reservations!

Can anybody explain to me the differences in the suites (size and such)?
I'm looking at the Hyatt site and can't figure it out for the life of me!

I know I shouldn't double post (sorry! Pocky to all mods in apologies) but I really, really need this question answered!

:( Every time I post in a thread, it dies.
