oh.i met wei yesterday. and i am embarking on my 2 year journey today to learn the japanese language. i'm practicing my hiragana. it would be really cool if like 5 or so people like you and me and clint and amunet and aaron would take up japanese, so that we could practice with each other. which brings me to my next point.... wtf does kawaii desu ne mean?

the only right way of translating it is "Isn't it cute?" X3 anyone else says otherwise is wrong and lying. Hiragana and Katakana I can read decently but Kanji is my weak point. :3 Also I am 75% Fluent in Japanese

yea.. i just recently figured out that i have to learn hiragana and katagana before i jump into the kanji... which i was trying to do.. this way is a lot easier...

First of all -
About damn time that the minority of anime/gamer girls were praised!
It's not easy putting up with our male counterparts and because of this, our numbers are dwindling. We have become an endangered (but oh so sexy) species.

Anyway - 2 years of Japanese? Ugh, my heart bleeds for you. I'm entering my third year and it's still so hard to remember everything, from word particles to which alphabet to use depending on what word. Katakana for Western, Hiragana for Japanese words...
"Kawaii des ne?" does indeed "It's cute, isn't it?"
I swear - watch one episode of Ouran High School Host Club and you will learn several more sentences like that.
