Thank you for showing interest in the Anime Central 2012 Exhibit Hall, and thank you for joining us for our 15th Anniversary of Anime Central (ACen) as we show case many Anime Central events in Hall A, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, April 27 – 29, 2012!!! It is our goal to ensure that your experience, here at Anime Central, is an overall successful one, so please use the below Exhibitor information and links to help you with the many decisions and opportunities that we offer while exhibiting here at Anime Central.

Exhibitor Rights:
  • Exhibitors can set up their own displays, using electric tools, if required.
  • Larger exhibitors may hire labor for booth set-up, but are able to do all the work within their booths if they chose to do so.
  • Exhibitors can load and unload privately owned vehicles (automobiles and small utility vehicles) at the exhibitor’s booth.
  • Exhibitors may bring food into the facility for personal consumption and/or employee consumption.
