Thank you for showing interest in the Anime Central 2013 Artist Alley / Art Show, and thank you for joining us for our 16th Anniversary of Anime Central (ACen) as we show case many Anime Central events at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, May 17 – 19, 2013!!! It is our goal to ensure that your experience, here at Anime Central, is an overall successful one, so please use the below Artist information and links to help you with the many decisions and opportunities that we offer while exhibiting here at Anime Central.

Artist Rights:

Artists can set up their own displays, using electric tools, if required.
Artists may hire labor for booth set-up, but are able to do all the work within their space if they chose to do so.

2013 Artist Alley / Art Show Registration Tutorial

Step (1) One:: Sign Up / Log In to our website.
Step (2) Two:: Click on the link under the register menu entitled Artist Alley Request or by using this link Artist Alley / Art Show Registration
Step (3) Three:: Complete the Registration Request; If the Artist Alley / Art Show is not full, and you are not an Exhibitor, you will be accepted into the Artist Alley / Art Show.; If the Artist Alley / Art Show is full, you will be informed so during the Registration Request Process, and if you complete the Registration Request, your studio will be added to the wait list.
How do I know my Status in the Artist Alley / My Submission Request / If my submission was received?: Please visit this page , and review your profile page. If it does not specify an Artist Alley / Art Show Status that means the submission was not received.; Approved = Your submission was approved, please check your email for directions; Pending = You submission is up for review; Waitlist = Your submission is on the waiting list; Denied = Your submission was denied, please check your email for directions if needed

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EMAIL:

If you do not receive an email from us, or from the mailing list, please check in your junk e-mail folder as it may be there. We recommend that you add the following emails to your address book or to your SPAM “good” list or “whitelist”.
