Art Show Policy

The Art Show is a part of the Anime Central Event, which in 2012 was attended by over 24,000 people. The below information is the Anime Central 2013 Rules and Regulations.

Art show staff reserves the right to refuse to display work that does not comply with our guidelines.

Art Show Contest
All pieces will be automatically entered into the Art Show Contest, where participants will be eligible to win the following awards. Only five (5) NFS pieces may be entered into the Art Show, therefore only five (5) NFS pieces may be eligible, per Artist, to participate in the Art Show Contest. Judging will start at 3:30pm on Friday, with the awards being placed at 5pm.

  • Best in Show (Awarded by a Guest Judge)
  • Best in Show Digital Media
    • 1st Runner-Up
    • 2nd Runner-Up
  • Best in Show Traditional Media
    • 1st Runner-Up
    • 2nd Runner-Up
  • Best in Show Non-Traditional Media
    • 1st Runner-Up
    • 2nd Runner-Up

Each individual piece of artwork must be submitted with the proper Art Show Paperwork in order to qualify. If you have any questions about the Art Show Paperwork please contact us after reviewing the Art Show Paperwork Instructions . Please note that all submissions must conform to our rules and regulations governing the Art Show.
